In my journey of exploring wellness, I have found energy healing to be profoundly transformative. It's like a soft breeze sweeping away the clutter of the mind, leaving behind a sense of clarity and inner peace. Among the various modalities, sound healing holds a special place in my heart. I remember my first experience during a sound bath, where the harmonious vibrations washed over me, resonating with a familiar sense of healing that had always been present since childhood. Little did I know when I would escape the world to listen to music in my back yard, it was vibrational sound healing I was seeking solace in.
More recently, my exploration in energetic healing has led me to Pointe Acupuncture in Grosse Point Park, MI, where I've been working with Dr. Samantha Buchanan. Through acupuncture, I've discovered a deeper connection to the energy within my body and a heightened awareness of when I'm out of balance and what might be contributing to that. Each session leaves me feeling grounded, centered, and filled with a newfound wisdom. It's a journey of self-discovery and healing that continues to unfold, guiding me towards a greater sense of well-being and harmony.
