Expression Reflects Inner Alignment
Communication is often viewed as a skill to develop, but the quality of our expression is influenced by much more than vocabulary or confidence.
When we are grounded in the body, connected to our emotions, and clear in our intentions, communication tends to become more direct and authentic. We are less likely to speak from obligation, uncertainty, or the need for approval. Instead, our words become an extension of who we are.
The Throat Chakra represents this connection between our inner experience and our outward expression.

Our voice becomes more authentic when it is consistent with the way we choose to live.
