WHAT KEEPS GETTING YOUR ATTENTION
A lot of the decisions I've made in my life have started with a feeling that something was right before I could explain it.
That doesn't mean I haven't thought things through. I usually do. But I've learned to pay attention when something keeps pulling at my attention, when an idea continues to come back, or when I have a sense that I should take a closer look.
Thara Sacra is a good example of that.
The brand grew from interests I had been exploring for years: aromatherapy, plant energetics, yoga, ritual, and the relationship between the physical and energetic sides of our experience. There wasn't one moment when I had everything figured out and decided to build a brand around it. It developed as I followed what continued to feel meaningful to me.
That experience has made me more comfortable with not having every answer at the beginning.
Sometimes we want to know exactly where something is going before we give it our attention. But some of the most meaningful things in our lives develop gradually. We learn as we go, we change our perspective, and we recognize connections that weren't obvious when we started.
This is part of what I think about when I consider the Crown Chakra and its connection to higher awareness.
For me, spirituality has never meant stepping away from the practical parts of life. I'm very connected to the physical world and to the things I can experience directly, while also being interested in what exists beyond what we can see or easily explain.
There are times to research, evaluate, and make a decision. There are also times when the best thing we can do is listen to what keeps getting our attention and give it some room to develop.
I think that is where trust comes in. We don't have to know exactly where something will lead to recognize that it is worth following.

A moisturizing and soothing massage balm for the scalp that is a sacred and meditative gift to self. Directions: Take a small amount of product out of the jar and rub between fingertips to melt to oil. Massage deeply into the scalp for 5-10 minutes. Leave on for at least 20 minutes. For a deeper treatment, leave on overnight. Shampoo with your normal natural shampoo and conditioner as needed. Recommended use: 1-2 times per week or as needed. Note: Both Shea Butter and Babassu Oil melt on contact with skin and have low melting points. To keep solid during warmer weather store in a cool, dark place, or in the refrigerator.
