REDEFINING STRENGTH WITHIN

Do you ever feel like the way you naturally move through the world doesn’t always match what is expected of you?

There are moments where clarity, structure, and decisiveness are valued. Where moving quickly, holding direction, and taking action are seen as markers of strength. And then there are moments where your instinct is something entirely different. To pause. To listen. To sense what is unfolding before responding.

Those quieter instincts can be easy to question.

Receptivity can be mistaken for hesitation. Intuition can feel less reliable than logic. Softness can be interpreted as a lack of certainty. It can create an internal tension, where one way of being feels more acceptable, while another feels like something to manage or refine.

But over time, something begins to shift.

What initially feels like a contradiction starts to reveal itself as a relationship. The ability to move with clarity and the ability to remain open are not opposing forces. One does not diminish the other. In fact, they deepen each other.

In many traditions, this relationship is expressed through masculine and feminine energy. Not as something tied to identity, but as natural patterns of energy within all of us. Masculine energy brings structure, direction, and definition. Feminine energy brings receptivity, intuition, and depth. Neither is more important. Neither is more complete.

One without the other creates imbalance.

This is beautifully represented in one of my favorite expressions of the Hindu deities Shiva and Parvati, Ardhanarishvara, a form that embodies them both as one unified presence. It is not a separation, but a wholeness. A reminder that these energies are not meant to be expressed independently, but experienced together.

When you remove the pressure to choose one way of being over there is space to act with clarity while remaining connected to intuition. To move forward while still listening. To hold structure without losing fluidity.

In my own experience, this shift changed how I relate to both movement and stillness. What I once thought needed to be pushed through with force could move through fluidly with greater power.  The more I allowed both energies to exist, the less tension there was between them.

This is the energy where the Chakra oil Blend was created from.

Not to help move you toward one expression, but to support the relationship between both. It is a reminder that balance is not found in choosing, but in noticing. In allowing structure and softness, direction and receptivity, to exist without forcing one to override the other.

Living in balance, I have found, is about allowing more of what is already present to be recognized.

BLEND CHAKRA OIL
$24.00

Or newest Chakra essential oil blend is inspired by the polarized feminine and masculine energies that fuel the ebb and flow of the universe and celebrates all gender expressions.

In Hindu philosophy, these energies are called Prakriti (feminine) and Purusha (masculine). Prakriti is the creative force that gives form to matter while Purusha helps manifest it into the universal consciousness.

Similar to the Chinese Philosophical concept of Yin (feminine) and Yang (masculine), you cannot have one without the other and they are both equally important. Each exists within us to one extent or the other. Often one more dominant than the other throughout different times in our life.

Ardhanarishvara represents the polarity of Prakriti (feminine) and Purusha (masculine) and how they are inseparable from each other.

On the right half is Shiva, the male principle of God and on the left half is Paravati (Shakti), the female principle of God. The root and womb of all creation and a reminder that God is beyond gender and both energies are inherent in everyone.
